Had a great experience getting my oil changed and my vehicle inspected the service writer staffing were friendly and the text work fast and make sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision 10 out of 10 would recommend not taking my vehicle anywhere else

I can’t recommend Dowdy’s Automotive enough. Every experience I’ve had here has been straightforward, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I usually deal with Justin, and he’s awesome—always friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to walk me through what’s going on, explains the options, and never tries to oversell anything I don’t need.

The service is fast, the communication is excellent, and the pricing is more than fair for the quality of work they deliver. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can trust completely, but that’s exactly how I feel with Dowdy’s. If you want peace of mind and great service, this is the place to go.

Another A+ experience at Dowdy’s. Brought my 2020 Toyota Tacoma in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Ran into a snag with the plastic oil filter housing, they replaced it for free! Will gladly keep bring my truck back for service.
