Needed to have an oil change. Had an appointment and they took the car in on time. They did a thorough check on the entire car. The wait time was reasonable. They informed me of a possible future problem.

New in Boise, and my power steering went completely out. Dowdy’s did a great job finding the problem, replacing parts, and getting me back on the road. Nice that their price didn’t change from their initial assessment until I got out the door, even though they had to keep it for a couple of over nights, waiting for a part to arrive!
