Even though we are all looking forward to a brighter future in the coming year, there are some good things that came about in 2020. This isn’t to say we have not had our fair share of hardships, but when we find the good in each situation, it gives us hope that we will all come out of this together and stronger. COVID-19 made us take a hard look at our auto repair business and made us brainstorm different ways to keep our clients and our employees healthy. As a result, we did the following:
Reached out to our clients to offer pick-up and delivery service to those who did not want to leave their homes.
Created new company-wide protocols for a streamlined, touchless service system to further reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Expanded cleaning and disinfecting processes at all store locations.
Use of hand sanitizer or hand washing at customer counters.
Frequent disinfecting of counter and customer lobby surface areas including door handles.
Procedures for staff in the event they become symptomatic or exposed.
Disinfecting is now performed on all vehicles upon arrival and again before return to you.
Offered various discounts to first responders and other frontline workers who made so many sacrifices for the benefit and health of our Treasure Valley community.
