This place is great, they have financial assistance programs they've really helped us in our time of need. Especially with being a family that relies on snap they have a snap loan that can be used even if you don't have SNAP (they are not the same lol)
Brittany was immediately super sweet and Nick was ready to help 🙂 super impressed with this shop. I use to go to the Nampa Chevron and when they changed owners there service really went down hill

We had an alternator go out while on a road trip. We were on the side of the road waiting for a tow and my husband called Dowdy's and spoke to Brittnee. Brittnee ordered an alternator for us immediately, greatly speeding up the process and we were fortunate to have our repair completed the same afternoon. We really needed to get home and Dowdy's made that happen for us! We were very thankful for a reliable mechanic shop that provided such wonderful immediate service. Highly recommend.

I recently had to take my vehicle to the mechanic. I chose Dowdy automotive in Ontario do the job. It turned out to be a big job, putting a new engine in my vehicle. I can say that the staff was very helpful and nice. Brianne and Nick kept in touch with me often to let me know the progress and worked with the warranty company and were I feel real advocates for the me and the situation with my vehicle. I recommend them highly. I will probably be using them again if needed.
